Pie Eating contest (July 13, 2008)
Kim Zagorski, owner of Mama’s Caboose Train Station Café, congratulates Frank Winouski – winner of the Pie Eating contest held at the café. The event was held July 13, 2008 right after the Amber Pizzo Memorial Run, of which Mama’s Caboose is a supporter. Sponsors of the contest included Renew Spa and Salon, Berkeley Cleaners and Hall’s Garden Center. The grand prize was $100.00.

Car Show (July 2007)
The parking lot at Mama's Caboose is the scene of the First Annual Berkeley Heights Vintage Car Show with donations going to the Amber Pizzo Memorial Fund and the Berkeley Heights First Aid Squad. Many cold smoothies went down that hot day!!!!!!!
Police Unity Tour Bike Ride
Mama's supports the Police Unity Tour. As the 400 plus offiers ride their bikes past the Caboose, family members and friends cheer them on. May 2007
